I love real estate and the agents and brokers who work in this industry every day. I have been very fortunate to have worked with some of the very best in the industry and to have a variety of phenomenal roles within the industry. By blending different company cultures in an office to recruiting, coaching and managing real estate agents to understanding the economic market that so dramatically affects real estate, my offices have successfully navigated and thrived in both challenging markets and relatively easier markets.

What makes a successful agent and a successful company? Very often the answer is consistently excellent communication, operating procedures that allow for an enhanced client experience and the ability to build credibility and trust by being able to clearly explain the current market so that those who need to make decisions understand what their options are and have the confidence to make the decisions that best meet their goals.

My coaching practice is centered on 3 main goals designed to improve the overall client experience and increase loyalty. Those goals are to improve market knowledge, understand what systems or procedures work best for that individual client and increase the effectiveness of communication before a customer becomes a client, during the transaction and after closing. A variety of different options within those three main goals customizes the experience for each individual with the happy result of easy implementable processes that build a successful real estate practice.
